Shipping Policy

We at Shades Studio aim to deliver the products you purchased from us in excellent condition with good quality packaging and in the fastest time possible. We use reputed courier agencies only for shipping your orders.

 

Delivery Time:

  • You will get an estimated delivery time at the time of placing the order. Usually it can take up to 3-15 working days for an order to be processed and shipped. For high-cylindric eyeglasses lenses or unusual prescription, shipping can take up longer than the time mentioned above.

 

Delivery charges: Delivery is free for all order.

  • Checking Order Status:Once your order is shipped, we shall send you an email with the tracking information. Else, you can contact us by email or call to check status of your order by providing the order reference number.
  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any other charges.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy which allows you to return any product purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of the product – the day you receive the products is counted as Day 1. The request for return needs to be made within 14 days of receipt – once the 14 day period is over – unfortunately we cannot offer accept the return.

 

Returns and Refund Process:

  • Initiate a return request by contacting our customer care via call/email/chat.
  • Once the return request is accepted – you can courier it back to us through normal courier service. The product should be returned with original tags, packaging, bills and should be unused and unsoiled.
  • We shall intimate you once we received the return product.
  • The returned product shall be inspected by our returns team. If we found the product undamaged and are return with the original packaging, tags and bill, we shall approve your return request.
  • Upon approval of return request, we shall refund the complete amount paid by you in one of the following manners depending on your choice:
  • If payment was made via credit/debit card, payment will be credit back to the same bank account.
  • If payment was made via COD we can either send you a cheque or transfer the money to your bank account (if you provide is with the details).

Receipt of Damaged Products:

If you receive a product in damaged condition – you need to inform the same to us by contacting our customer care via call/email/chat within 72 hours of receipt of the product. We shall either replace the product or refund the complete amount paid by you in one of the following manners depending on your choice:

  • If payment was made via credit/debit card, payment will be credited back to your bank account
  • If payment was made via COD we can either send you a cheque or transfer the money to your bank account (if you provide is with the details).

Cancellation Policy

If at any time you would like to cancel an order, you can put a cancellation request by contacting our customer care via call/email/chat. We shall call to understand reason for cancellation. Once the order is cancelled, we shall send you a confirmation email. If it a prepaid order, the full amount shall be refunded in any of the manners mentioned above.
